Orders are not confirmed until the payment has been successfully authorized or other written payment arrangements have been agreed.
2. Currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or shown during checkout.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee.
3. Payment Authorization
Payments may be subject to authorization, fraud screening and verification by our payment service providers.
We may contact the customer to confirm order or payment information where reasonably necessary.
4. Wholesale and Custom Orders
Wholesale, oversized and customized orders may require a separate quotation, deposit or staged payment arrangement.
The applicable price, payment schedule, product specifications and production terms will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
5. Taxes and Import Charges
Applicable taxes may be included at checkout where supported.

6. Payment Failure
If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order will not enter production or shipment until payment has been successfully completed.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
